These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by ELIN CONSULTANCY LTD (company number 15440959), registered at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our consultancy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services

Elin Consultancy Ltd provides management consultancy activities other than financial management (SIC code 70229). Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Strategic planning and business advisory
  • Operations optimisation and process improvement
  • Organisational development and change management
  • Digital transformation consulting
  • Market expansion strategy and execution
  • AI-powered consulting dashboard access

The specific scope of services will be defined in individual engagement agreements or statements of work.

3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of our services
  • Cooperate with our consultants and provide timely feedback
  • Ensure that authorised personnel are available for meetings and workshops
  • Keep login credentials for our dashboard platform secure and confidential

4. Payment Terms

All fees for our services are set out in the relevant engagement agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date
  • A deposit of 30% may be required before work commences
  • Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month on outstanding balances
  • Subscription-based dashboard access is billed according to the selected plan

5. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, methodologies, tools, and materials developed by Elin Consultancy remain our intellectual property. Client-specific deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information exchanged during the course of any engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence in all our consulting engagements, we provide advisory services based on professional expertise and available information. Our liability shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:

  • The client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date
  • All confidential materials must be returned or destroyed
  • Dashboard access will be revoked at the end of the current billing period

9. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use our website in any way that causes damage to the website or impairs the availability of the website, or in any way which is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
