ELIN CONSULTANCY LTD (company number 15440959) is committed to delivering high-quality management consultancy services. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
If you wish to cancel an engagement before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposits paid, minus a 5% administrative fee to cover setup and scheduling costs.
Once work has commenced, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. You will be charged for:
Any remaining balance from prepaid fees will be refunded within 14 business days of the cancellation date.
Once a consulting engagement has been completed and deliverables accepted, no refunds will be issued. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can discuss remediation options.
Monthly subscription plans may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided.
If you cancel an annual plan within the first 14 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. After 14 days, you may cancel but no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period. Your access will continue until the end of the paid period.
If you downgrade your subscription plan, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing period. No refund is issued for the difference in the current billing period.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If you believe a refund has been unfairly declined, you may escalate the matter by writing to our registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF. We will review your case within 10 business days.
